Monthly Meditation
Fourth Saturday of the month, 11:30 AM
Start your weekend with a spirit of calm, centeredness, and clarity. Newcomers and old pros alike are all welcome. In this gentle process, Anthony Smokovich, a Spiritual Counselor and life-long meditator, leads a guided meditation using breath, visualization, and intention, to create a place of calm and peace in ourselves. This state of being can serve as a blueprint for the now and as a reference point for the future. If you are more comfortable sitting on the floor, bring your most comfy pillow.

Spiritual Reading Group
Contact BJKettle@yahoo.com for meeting dates and times.
Come and join us as we read and discuss books that have touched our lives with their spiritual messages. Unlike book clubs, there is no preparation required! And even if you have read the book, this format will doubtless reveal new meanings in the book for you. We will begin with a 5-10 minute meditation to bring us fully present. The group is led by Bernie Kettle, who is an avid reader of many spiritually themed books, and has participated in and led reading and discussion groups over the years.
